Databricks, headquartered in San Francisco, is a global leader in analytics and artificial intelligence with more than 7,000 organizations worldwide — including Comcast, Condé Nast, H&M, and over 40% of the Fortune 500 — relying on its platform to unify their data, analytics and AI.
Their partnership with Microsoft Azure Synapse has grown from strength to strength over the years. While they were already delivering account-based engagements with enterprises, they were now looking for a scalable way to kickstart the GTM motion through their top system integrator partners.
HSV Digital worked with the partners to define the joint value proposition, outline the key customer call to actions (CTAs), and develop foundational assets to launch sales, marketing and co-selling efforts.
After defining the key partner capabilities and call-to-actions, we packaged them into a seller facing e-book for them to get insights about the partner ecosystem. This directly translated into an increase in deal sharing from Databricks and Azure sellers to partners, throughout the year.
